General Terms of Use – MagiColoring

Accessing and using the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Site.

1) Purpose of the Service

MagiColoring offers:

  1. A library of free content : more than 10,000 coloring pages ready to download , print or color online , without registration.

  2. Specialized AI generators "Coloring" (Text, Emoji, Image/Remix modes) allowing the creation of custom drawings from prompts/emoticons/images.

  3. An online coloring tool to directly paint drawings (free or generated).

  4. HD downloads (PNG/PDF) and personal history for accounts.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, use is non-commercial and personal/educational.

2) Definitions

  • User : any person accessing the Site, with or without an account.

  • Free content : coloring pages made freely available by MagiColoriage.

  • AI Generators : tools for creating coloring images (Text/Emoji/Image-Remix modes).

  • Credits : units allowing one AI generation to be performed (1 credit = 1 generation).

  • Creation : image produced via AI generators or from a Remix.

  • Account : personal space (history, favorites, credit purchases…).

3) Access – Availability

  • Free content is accessible without an account.

  • AI generators , some HD downloads, history and favorites require an account.

  • Service available 24/7, subject to maintenance/upgrades/force majeure. No guarantee of error-free or uninterrupted service.

4) Registration – Account – Eligibility

  • 4.1. Account Creation. To access restricted features (AI generation, history, favorites, etc.), you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

    4.2. Minimum age. The Service is intended for:

    • to users aged 15 and over (the age of digital consent in France);

    • to minors under 15 years of age under the responsibility and with the authorization of a parent/guardian or educational supervisor (teacher, facilitator), who guarantees obtaining the required consents.

    4.3. Photos and minors. If you upload an image depicting a person, you declare that you have the necessary rights/authorization (and, for minors, parental authorization).

5) Free Content Library – Usage License

5.1. What you can do (non-commercial use)

  • Print, download, color online free pages for family , personal or educational use (classroom, leisure center, library, association).

  • Photocopy/redistribute the free worksheets to your students in class.

  • Share a link to the Site page.

5.2. What is prohibited without our written authorization

  • Resale , direct or indirect monetization, inclusion in paid bundles.

  • Mass republication on other sites/apps, hotlinking , automated scraping /extraction, database creation.

  • Use as a dataset to train AI models.

  • Removal of watermarks/references or alteration of files for distribution elsewhere.

5.3. Non-exclusivity – Ownership

  • Free content remains the property of MagiColoriage (or its rights holders).

  • You have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable , non-commercial license for the uses authorized above.

6) AI Generators – Credits – Price – Validity

6.1. Credit Packs (no subscription). Access to the AI ​​generators is via the purchase of credit packs . Prices and contents of the packs are listed on the "Buy Credits" page. Payment is processed through secure providers (e.g., Stripe).

6.2. 1 credit = 1 generation (regardless of the mode). Options indicated as included (e.g., colored model , before/after split , online coloring ) do not consume additional credits unless explicitly stated beforehand.

6.3. Credits offered. Upon registration: 5 free credits . Possibility of obtaining 5 additional credits by leaving a review/testimonial in accordance with our rules (once per account).

6.4. Validity. Paid credits are valid for 6 months after purchase. Free credits may have a shorter validity period (indicated at the time of issue). Expired credits are forfeited.

6.5. Non-transferable – Non-refundable. Credits are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable (except where required by law). Right of withdrawal : For digital content/services provided before the end of the legal withdrawal period at your express request, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon the first use of the credit.

6.6. Changes. We may modify the prices and/or the content of the packs in the future (without affecting credits already acquired and not yet expired).

7) AI Creations – Rights & Uses

7.1. User license (non-commercial by default). Subject to the rights of third parties and compliance with the Terms and Conditions, you have a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable and non-commercial license to Use, print, download and share your creations (family/education).
For all exploitation commercial (reselling files, physical products, online monetization…), a written authorization MagiColoring is required.

7.2. License granted to MagiColoriage. You authorize us to host, store, display your Creations if necessary for the operation of the Service (history, online colorist, optimization) and to present them, in an anonymized form , for the purpose of promoting the Site, unless you object via support.

7.3. Uploads (Image/Remix mode). You guarantee that you hold the rights and authorizations (copyright, image rights, trademarks) for any image uploaded. Do not upload prohibited/sensitive images (see article 9).

7.4. AI Quality. AI results may contain imperfections . We do not guarantee a specific result. At our discretion, a goodwill gesture may be offered, without obligation to issue a refund.

8) Online coloring tool

  • Available on free content and AI Creations.

  • The tool is free and does not consume any credit.

  • You can save/download the result in compliance with the above licenses (non-commercial by default).

  • We may limit certain functions to prevent abuse or overload.

9) Rules of Use – Prohibited Content

It is strictly forbidden to create/import/distribute content via the Site:

  • illegal (hate, discrimination, harassment, defamation, terrorism, etc.);

  • of a sexual nature (and any sexual representation related to minors ) , gore or shocking;

  • violating intellectual property rights (protected works, trademarks, logos);

  • infringing on privacy or image rights ;

  • intended to bypass security, massively scrape the Site, or train AI models without authorization.

In case of a breach, we may remove content, suspend or close an account.

10) Intellectual property of MagiColoring

The Site, its graphic charter, its texts, its editorial selections, its functionalities and logos are protected. All reproduction/adaptation/dissemination Unauthorized access is prohibited.
Third-party content remains the property of its owners.

11) Reporting – Content Removal

If you believe that any content infringes on a right (copyright, trademark, image), please contact us (provide clear identification, proof of ownership, and contact information). We will promptly process legitimate requests.

12) Personal data – Cookies

Data processing and the use of cookies are described in our Privacy Policy (GDPR) and our Cookie Banner (consent, purposes, duration, partners). Minors use the Site under parental control when required by law. You can exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, data portability) as indicated.

13) Responsibilities – Guarantees

The Service is provided as is Subject to mandatory provisions, we we decline all warranties absence of error, interruption or suitability for a particular use.
MagiColoriage cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (loss of opportunity, data, commercial damage) nor the consequences of a misuse of the site.
You remain responsible for the imported content and for obtaining the necessary permissions.

14) Suspension – Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a violation of the Terms of Service, fraud, illegal use, or harm to the Service/third parties. Deletion does not entitle you to any refund of unused credits.

15) Evolution of the Service and the Terms and Conditions

We may modify the Site and these Terms of Use. Substantial changes will be announced on the Site and will apply immediately upon publication . By continuing to use the Site, you agree to the current version.

16) Applicable Law – Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law . Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or performance shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with the legal rules applicable to consumers.
